The owner's wife, formerly a childcare worker, was drawn to address the isolation of parents raising children. This led her to build a supportive community within the guest house in the spirit of Kobe’s Nagata Ward, where everyday mutual support is a common thread.
Tomarigi’s concept is “a place where you can always return to with a warm ‘I’m home,’” embodying a sense of belonging where everyone is watched over like family.
