EAT LOCAL KOBE FARMERS MARKET, held nearly every Saturday in the park beside Kobe City Hall, brings together produce and goods from local farms in Kobe’s Nishi and Kita Wards. The FARMSTAND concept shop offers these fresh, locally and organically focused products throughout the week. Half of the shop is a cozy café space serving daily lunch specials and desserts made from fresh ingredients sourced directly from farmers, using every part of the produce to reduce waste. The menu emphasizes seasonal flavors and natural seasonings, creating a healthy and enjoyable experience for all ages.
